Terms of Service

Welcome to Eezyswap! By accessing or using our Peer-to-Peer (P2P) Crypto Marketplace, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

Eezyswap facilitates the buying and selling of physical goods using cryptocurrency through a secure escrow system.

Eezyswap offers a marketplace where:

• Listings: Sellers can post physical goods for sale in crypto (USDT/USDC).
• Escrow Protection: When a buyer purchases an item, the funds are held in our secure Escrow Pool, not sent directly to the seller.
• Fund Release: Funds are released to the seller only after the buyer confirms receipt of the item or after a set dispute period expires.
• Dispute Resolution: We provide mediation services if issues arise during a transaction.

To use Eezyswap, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Provide accurate registration information.
• Maintain the security of your account and private keys (if applicable).
• Comply with all local laws regarding cryptocurrency usage.

For Sellers:

• You must own the item you are selling and it must be in your possession.
• You must accurately describe the item and disclose any defects.
• You are responsible for shipping the item promptly after a sale is confirmed.

For Buyers:

• You commit to purchasing the item when you click "Buy Now".
• You must inspect the item promptly upon receipt.
• You must confirm receipt in the app to release funds to the seller.

Eezyswap charges a platform commission fee on successful sales to cover operational costs and escrow services.

• Commission Rate: Typically 2% - 5% of the sale price (displayed at checkout).
• Network Fees: Users are responsible for any blockchain network fees (gas fees) associated with deposits or withdrawals.

You may NOT sell the following on Eezyswap:

• Illegal drugs or substances.
• Weapons, firearms, or explosives.
• Stolen goods or counterfeit items.
• Digital goods (unless explicitly allowed in a specific category).
• Adult content or services.

Violation of this policy will result in immediate account suspension.

Our goal is to ensure fair outcomes. If a dispute arises:

• Escrow Hold: Funds remain locked in escrow until the dispute is resolved.
• Mediation: Eezyswap support team will investigate evidence (photos, chat history, tracking info).
• Resolution: We may decide to release funds to the seller, refund the buyer, or split the amount.
• Refunds: Refunds are processed back to the buyer's wallet if a claim is decided in their favor.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eezyswap shall not be liable for any indirect damages, loss of crypto assets due to user error (e.g., sending to wrong address), or blockchain network failures.
